This line was designed to produce 125ml cups of filled water from a pet FILM sheet and aluminium or plastic seal sheet.

• The machine is driven with servo drive.
• Water Feeding of the machine is made with automatic valve with level control system in the machine.

1. The filling is made via 316 l stainless steel filling valves which are designed according to hygiene rules.

2. All the sealing are suitable for Ozonated water.
3. Pneumatics are Festo and/or SMC.
4. The forming system has servo motor.
5. The sealing system is equipped with servo motor.

WATER ROBOT and BOX Packaging Strapping Machines (box erecting)

The machine consists of three main sections;
The first section cardboard carton box machine is part of preparing. Automatically

makes folding. Performs the operation of the lower lids closing and bonding. In this way, the boxes are ready in front of the robot for filling

In the second part of our system robot with suction cups system runs as smoothly to

place the cups into cartons.
The third and final section is bonding upper lids off the boxes
