Stephan Universal Cooker

Used 40lt Stephan UMM/SK40E machine for cutting, mixing and cooking products. The machine has a double wall for indirect heating and steam injection points in the bowl for directly heating the product. This machine is fitted with a high speed cutter, slow turning wall scraper and can be tilted to remove the product from the bowl.
